First class customer serviceAna CI have contacted Mark in a bit of a desperate situation after the lender I was dealing with was trying to push lots of extra costs .I got and answer back immediately after doing a request through autotrader . I got advise from him , support and at no point I felt any pressure on buying. Very good communication, very friendly but at the same time very professional. Mark did help me with a different lender which with his help ended up being a lot cheaper than what I was getting with my initial lender and car was ready for collection within 24 hours Outstanding servise . Both me and my partner have been very impressed. If I could I would give this place 10 stars
